Agreement

By using FameUpFast or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Refund Policy.

Eligibility and authorization

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to make the purchase. You confirm that you are authorized to promote the submitted profile or content and that your use will comply with applicable law and platform rules.

Order information

You are responsible for selecting the correct service and package and submitting the correct public profile or content URL. Never submit a password. Orders may be delayed, rejected or become ineligible for refund when the information is incorrect or inaccessible.

Digital service limitations

FameUpFast is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta or Google. We do not control platform algorithms, policy enforcement, removals, account actions or engagement retention. No purchase guarantees fame, income, verification, business results or permanent engagement.

Payments

Prices and the one-time total are shown before payment. Payment is handled through the approved secure processor. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully authorized.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, fraud, misleading political activity, content involving minors in an unsafe manner, or any purpose that violates a platform's rules or another person's rights.

Service changes

We may refuse or cancel an order, modify availability, correct pricing errors or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, payment risk or service integrity. An unfulfilled canceled order will be handled under the Refund Policy.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, FameUpFast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, platform actions or outcomes beyond the amount paid for the affected order.
